All due care and attention shall be made to deliver the client's artwork in the month selected. The Client agrees that whilst the Client owns the original artwork and has the right to display it, the following rights remain with the artist and are not transferred with the sale of this artwork: the right to modify, transmit, transfer or create derivative works. All copyright remains with the Artist.
